Birth Doula Support

Birth doula support looks like steady, continuous presence before, during, and after birth. We meet during pregnancy to prepare, talk through preferences, and build trust, and I am on call as you approach your guess date. During birth, I offer calm, grounded, hands-on support and steady presence, responding to what’s unfolding in the moment. After birth, we connect again to support your transition and make space to reflect on your experience.

What it Looks Like

  • Two prenatal sessions

  • 24/7 on call support from 37 weeks until the baby arrives

  • Continuous birth and immediate postpartum support

  • One postpartum visit to help integrate your experience and provide emotional or physical support

Price

$1200

All women deserve support.  If cost is a barrier, please still reach out as I offer payment plans and sliding scale when needed.  The doula community here is also incredible and I can help you find someone who can support you even if it's not me

Pregnancy Guidance and Birth Support

I offer ongoing pregnancy guidance through weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions throughout pregnancy, designed to meet you where you are and adapt as your pregnancy unfolds. These sessions are a space to slow down, ask questions, process what’s coming up, and prepare for birth in a way that feels grounded, embodied, and honest while developing a deep and trusting relationship with each other.

What These Sessions Can Include

Each session is part education, part reflection, part preparation shaped by what you need most in that moment.

  • Education about physiologic birth and the birth process

  • Emotional support and space to process fears, hopes, or past experiences

  • Nervous system regulation and mindset support

  • Practical preparation for birth and postpartum

  • Guidance around nourishment, rest, and daily rhythms

  • Conversations about decision-making, autonomy, and informed choice

  • Gentle preparation for unexpected turns, without fear-based framing

Price

The price varies depending on where you are at in your pregnancy and how often we plan sessions.  Book a conversation with me so we can talk about what the options can look like.

Disclaimer

I offer non clinical birth support — emotional, educational, and ceremonial tending for pregnancy, the birth process, and postpartum. I am not a medical professional, nor a licensed midwife. If you are seeking licensed midwifery care, please visit the Alberta Association of Midwives or the midwifery association in your province.

My role is to walk beside you, offering information, resources, and compassionate presence as you move through one of life’s most sacred thresholds.
