My Offerings

I believe birth is a sacred and transformative journey, one that should be honored with respect, compassion, and unwavering support. Every birthing person holds incredible wisdom within, and my role is to help you reconnect with that power, guiding you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with holistic care tailored to your unique needs.

As a doula, I am here to hold space for your journey—whether it’s navigating the mysteries of pregnancy, finding strength during labor, or transitioning into the postpartum season with confidence and grace.  Together, we can create a birthing experience that feels empowered, safe, and truly yours. Let’s honor this season of life with the care and magic it deserves.

Birth Support

As a birth doula, I am deeply honored to be a part of your birth journey . Whether you're planning a hospital birth or home birth, I am here to support you in creating a birthing experience that feels safe, supported, and uniquely yours. This package includes two prenatal visits and two postpartum visit as well as the birth attendance. 

 

$1200

Postpartum Support

So much preparation goes into the birth itself, but the important postpartum period is often overlooked.  I can offer support while mother and baby rest, bond and integrate into the world together and separate.  This service looks different for everyone but can include light house cleaning, meal preparation, infant care and emotional support.

$25 per hour

Overnight Support

Some nights, you just need a break. This service is designed to give you the rest you deserve by providing attentive, loving care for your baby throughout the night. Whether it’s soothing your little one, handling feedings, or simply being present while you sleep, I am here to ensure your baby is well cared for, so you can recharge. 

 

$35 per hour

Pregnancy/Infant Loss Support

Experiencing loss is deeply personal and profound. As a doula, I offer compassionate support, whether you need a safe space to share, guidance in healing, or practical assistance such as light housekeeping and meal preparation to help ease your daily burdens. My services can include emotional care, help with memorial rituals, and resources for grief support but can be tailored to your unique needs.

You don’t have to face this alone—let’s create a path toward healing together.

 

$18 per hour

Planned Pregnancy Release Support

Sometimes a baby comes to you, and for whatever reason, it isn't the right time. This service is for women seeking support during the deeply personal and often isolating experience of abortion. I offer emotional care before, during, and after the procedure, including accompanying you, driving you home, and helping you navigate the spiritual and emotional aspects of the process.

You don’t have to go through this alone—I am here to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support.

 

$25 per hour

I offer non clinical birth support — emotional, educational, and ceremonial tending for pregnancy, the birth process, and postpartum. I am not a medical professional, nor a licensed midwife. If you are seeking licensed midwifery care, please visit the Alberta Association of Midwives or the midwifery association in your province.

My role is to walk beside you, offering information, resources, and compassionate presence as you move through one of life’s most sacred thresholds.
