Personalized 2-hour sessions throughout your pregnancy where we slow things down and focus on you. These sessions are a space for emotional support, honest conversation, childbirth education, and any questions that come up along the way — big or small. We can meet virtually or in person, whatever feels most supportive. My goal is to help you feel informed, grounded, and cared for as you move through pregnancy and prepare to welcome your baby.

    Birth Support

Birth support that’s centered on presence, preparation, and care. Pregnancy Guidance and Birth Support

Ongoing doula support throughout pregnancy where we meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on what feels right for you. These 2-hour sessions create space for emotional support, birth education, and talking through whatever is coming up along the way as well as time to develop a deep trusting relationship with each other. This also includes birth support and two postpartum visits, so you’re supported not just through pregnancy and birth, but as you settle into early parenthood.

    Postpartum Support

Hourly postpartum support that centers rest, nourishment, and gentle care as you settle into life with your new baby. This support includes emotional presence, practical help, and tending to the body through food and nourishment. The focus is on supporting recovery, grounding, and wellbeing during this tender postpartum time.

Disclaimer

I offer non clinical birth support — emotional, educational, and ceremonial tending for pregnancy, the birth process, and postpartum. I am not a medical professional, nor a licensed midwife. If you are seeking licensed midwifery care, please visit the Alberta Association of Midwives or the midwifery association in your province.

My role is to walk beside you, offering information, resources, and compassionate presence as you move through one of life’s most sacred thresholds.
